GREATER NASHVILLE:  Live! Work! Play!

Kenneth Bargers... Thank you for visiting my page! I am a realtor and marketing expert living in Nashville, Tennessee.  I thoroughly enjoy real estate and take great pride and satisfaction helping clients as they make one of the major decisions they will face during their lifetime.

When I am not working I enjoy several hobbies and adventures.  I love football and I am a big fan of the Tennessee Volunteers, Tennessee Titans and Atlanta Braves.  I play a lot of tennis and I have been in love with the game ever since I took it up at 13 years old.  I am a sports nut as I also enjoy watching baseball and basketball. Downtime activities include travel, movies, antiques, hitting the gym and great food and friends.

I am a true Tennessean growing up in Bell Buckle and Shelbyville. I stayed close to home attending college at Motlow State Community College on a tennis scholarship, and then attended Middle Tennessee State University.  I have lived in Nashville (Music City USA) since the early 1980’s and live in the southeastern area of Davidson County.  I enjoy the beautiful Middle Tennessee hills and its people and dedicate my volunteerism to a select group of local charities .

Professional.  My career has focused on the real estate and security industries leading companies by specializing in management, leadership, marketing, sales and customer service.  I am humbled in the achievement and recognition earned throughout the years.

In 2001, I created Bargers Solutions to promote my expertise in real estate and marketing.  I currently have my real estate license placed in the Brentwood office of the highly reputable boutique agency of Pilkerton Realtors serving the Middle Tennessee communities.  I continue providing marketing expertise for small to large requests via contract and project assignments.

I welcome your visit to my website and blog to learn more about me.
a morning cup of coffee... I love the outdoors of Middle Tennessee and always enjoy a morning cup of coffee looking out over the backyard before starting my day.  This is an image on a late fall day in Nashville!

"I panicked about the thought of having to sell my home and move out-of-state because of a new job. I didn't think it would be possible for someone to buy my home quickly as I needed to go to South Carolina soon. I spoke to Kenneth one day after our tennis match and he came over to evaluate my home. He sold me immediately with his knowledge and being truthful about what to expect. I hired him immediately. He kept in touch with me each week and I was glad to hear around the 4th week that we had someone interested. The communication was great, everything worked out and he even was the power of attorney for me at closing. Thank you!"  Shawn T Apr 23

"We were recommended to Kenneth by a friend and it was the best decision we could have made in purchasing our first home. Kenneth explained every detail as we went along and kept us calm during our negotiations. Since then we have recommended Kenneth to our friends and family. He is great!"   JL & KL Feb 13

"I was moving back to Nashville within two months after deciding on a job transfer back to the Music City. I had two days to look at homes with Kenneth while on vacation. A short sale fell through that I was excited about and I was stuck looking on the web for a home while working on a job transfer more than 1200 miles from Nashville. There was only one Realtor I knew I could trust in the Nashville area to give me an honest answer about what I was getting into. I only had the ability to look at a few photos on the web at each property and look at internet maps on sites like In the end, I found a great house that Kenneth checked out for me and helped close on while I was still in the Mountain West. The first time I stepped into the house was one month after I closed and the job transfer had gone through. Kenneth was right about everything we discussed and I have a place I can call home after Kenneth went the extra step and was my eyes and ears while I was far away from Music City. I have reccomended him to friends already. He helped them through a difficult closing on a home they desperately wanted. I would reccomend Kenneth Bargers to anybody in the Nashville and surrounding areas."  Brad H Sep 5

"We first heard about Kenneth from friends who had relocated to Nashville from New York City. They spoke very highly of him, and since we were about to make the same journey we decided to reach out. From the very first phone call, we knew that Kenneth genuinely cared about us as more than just clients. When we met in person, he was extremely friendly, hospitable, and professional. While visiting each home, there was no salesy pitching. In fact, he preferred that we explore each location ourselves before he discussed any details. Having the freedom to make up one's own mind about a residence is sadly rare in the real estate game, and we really appreciated the opportunity to do so. I'll add that Kenneth had access to several amazing listings that were not available to the general public (i.e., Craigslist). If you are in the market for a new place to live in Nashville, we strongly recommend you speak with Kenneth."  Brian & Kelly B  Jan 3
